At La Llotja you have all the fresh fish in sight. You choose it, and we cook it at the moment. So you can savor the freshly fried fish and seafood you like, or just as you leave the plate.
As in all the boxes, the fish that we have changes every day. We always try to have the fish that most ask us, but we already know that the sea has its whims. The only thing that we can guarantee is that the whole fish is fresh.
Some people prefer fried, some people prefer to grind … so much! We are authentic specialists in both versions. We work with top quality oils, to ensure that we keep all the taste of the fish, and we have the best plates so that all the pieces come with the best presence.
